Our Premium Rosé is produced from hand-harvested Syrah grown on the upper slopes of our hillside vineyard, where vines planted in 2009 and 2012 produce fruit of exceptional purity, concentration and natural balance.
Harvested early to preserve freshness and vibrant natural acidity, the wine is matured in seasoned French oak barrels. Chosen not to impart oak flavour, but to build texture, complexity and structure, the seasoned barrels add depth while allowing the fruit and vineyard to remain the defining voice.
